  • Use the platform for activities related to hacking, phishing, malware distribution, or cybercrime.
  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

  • Attempt to bypass escrow services to engage in off-platform transactions.

5. User Accounts

7. Escrow Service & Secure Transactions

Zenzto.com provides an Escrow Service to protect both buyers and sellers during transactions.

7.1 How Escrow Works

  1. Buyer Initiates Purchase: When a buyer selects an account, they deposit funds into the escrow system.
  2. Seller Transfers Account: The seller provides full access credentials and ownership transfer.
  3. Buyer Verifies Transfer: The buyer confirms that they have successfully received and secured the account.
  4. Funds Released to Seller: Once the buyer confirms, the escrow system releases the payment to the seller.

7.2 Escrow Benefits

  • Zenzto.com reserves the right to adjust escrow fees as necessary.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a transaction is canceled before the account transfer, funds will be refunded to the buyer minus applicable escrow fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
  • If a dispute arises, the transaction remains in escrow until the matter is resolved.
  • If a seller fails to transfer the account, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

9. Security & Liability

  • Zenzto.com implements SSL encryption, secure authentication, and data protection measures.
  • We do not guarantee the future performance of any purchased account.
  • Zenzto.com is not responsible for losses due to account recoveries or violations of platform policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and services on Zenzto.com remain the exclusive property of Zenzto.com and its licensors. Users must not copy, distribute, or misuse any proprietary content.
